Before you write

Worth saying plainly, because a street address on a bedding site reads like a shop and this one is not.
There is nothing to try in person
No showroom, no counter, no folded stock on a shelf. The photographs and the size tables on this site are the whole of what we can show you.
Do not send a package here
Anything going back travels to whoever the box came from, and their instructions are the ones that count. A set arriving at this door has no route onward. How a return works.
Order questions belong with the seller
Where a box is, when it lands, what was charged for it: none of that reaches us. It sits with the retailer you ordered from, in the confirmation they sent you.
What we answer quickly
Finished dimensions, what is in the bag, whether a print runs on both faces, how a set behaves after a few washes. Those are ours to know.
Faster than writing
Most letters turn out to be one of the common questions, and sizing usually gets settled by the note on how a set is cut in a couple of minutes.
