Reading the small print
The terms this catalog runs on
What the pages are, what the numbers on them mean and where the actual agreement is made.
What this site is
A catalog of our bedding, written and photographed by us, with links out to the retailer who stocks it. Reading it puts you under no obligation and creates no agreement with anybody. There is no transaction on these pages to be a party to.
Prices and availability are read, not set
The number on a set page was true when the catalog was last rebuilt, and the retailer can change it the same afternoon. Treat it as a signal of the range rather than a quote. The same goes for stock: a set can be listed here and gone there, and nothing on this site reserves anything.
When you follow a button, the price, the delivery arrangement, the payment terms and the cancellation rights all come from the retailer, and the contract of sale is with them. Their terms govern that purchase in full.
What we stand behind
The measurements, the piece lists and the wash lines on these pages are taken from the product labels and packaging, not estimated. Where a set does not state something, the page leaves it out rather than filling the gap. If you find a figure here that disagrees with the label in the bag, tell us and we will correct it.
Photographs show the print as accurately as a photograph can. Screens differ, and dye lots differ a little between production runs, so a shade in a bedroom will never be a pixel match for a shade on a monitor.
Words and pictures
The text, the product photography and the layout of this site belong to us. Take a quote and a link if you are writing about a set. Do not lift the catalog wholesale to fill somebody else's pages.
If a page is wrong
Rebuilds happen, links rot and a size table can end up attached to the wrong listing. None of that is deliberate and all of it is worth reporting. We fix errors and rebuild rather than argue about them.
