What to do when the size or the color is wrong

Start with the order, not with us

The set was bought from our retail partner, so the return window, the condition they expect the set in and the way the money comes back are all theirs. The order confirmation in your inbox has the link. We have no order records on this side and no way to start the process for you.

Anything posted to the address on our contact page cannot be processed there either. It is an office, not a returns desk, and a package arriving at it has nowhere to go next.

Before you open the bag all the way

• Check the size printed on the label against the size you ordered. That single look catches most of it.
• Count the pieces against the list on the set page. Piece counts here run 3, 7, 8, and a pillow sham is one of them while the pillow inside is not.
• Unfold the top layer and lay it over the bed before anything goes in the wash. A washed set is rarely returnable anywhere.
• Keep the bag and the insert card until you are sure. Most sellers want the original packaging back.

Color is the usual reason, and it is fixable

Screens disagree about blue more than about anything else, and blue is the largest family in this catalog. If a set looks right in shape but wrong in tone, it is worth putting it next to the wall in daylight before deciding. The same print often exists in a neighboring shade, and swapping shade is a smaller job than starting the search again.

If something is faulty rather than wrong

A seam that has opened, a zip that will not run, fill that has shifted out of its channels: that is ours, and we want to know. It does not change how the return itself works, but a photograph and the name of the set tell us whether a whole batch needs looking at. Tell us what happened.
